PAYMENT

Any work undertaken by the company on behalf of the client is conducted on the basis that the client has fully approved such work.

Payment of fees are required within 24 hours for new/one off cleans, or 48 hours for regular cleans ( after clean has been completed )

Consistent overdue payment will incur a 20% pre-payment for all future work.

We provide services on a one off or regular basis.

Any additional work requested that is not covered in the original quote will be quoted separately and added to the original invoice.

REFUNDS

No refund claims will be given once the cleaning service has been carried out. If for any reason the client is dissatisfied with any aspect, they must notify the company within 24 hours and this will be rectified. The cleaner will return to rectify the problem(s)

CLAIMS

While the cleaners make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. For this reason we ask that any valuable / irreplaceable items be stored away

The company shall not be responsible for damage due to faulty and / or improper installation of any items.

All surfaces ( i.e. marble, granite, etc. ) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

FURNITURE

We will not move furniture ( sofa's, units ect.) 

We will not clean inside cupboards or drawers, unless quoted for. This is for our safety and your privacy.

PETS

For all we love animals, if they are nervous / boisterous, then please can they be placed in a secure location.

We will not handle or deal with pet feces.

EQUIPMENT

The company provides cleaning materials. If you require us to use your solutions or equipment, they must be safe to use / operate.

The cleaner or company cannot accept any responsibility if any thing should go wrong with either the equipment or the outcome using it
